Data deletion

Under the Mexican Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send a request through any of these channels:

Include:

1. Your full name.
2. An official ID (INE, passport) — only used to verify your identity. We don't keep it after processing the request.
3. A clear description of which data you want deleted.

Timelines

We confirm receipt within 24 business hours. Deletion completes within a maximum of 20 calendar days (the legal deadline under LFPDPPP, art. 32).

What is deleted

• Your contact data (name, phone, email, address).
• Bot conversations associated with your account.
• Your business configuration (catalog, prices, hours).
• Historical metrics and reports.

Exceptions

Under art. 26 of LFPDPPP, we may retain data due to legal obligations (invoicing, accounting — 5 years under the Mexican Fiscal Code), properly blocked and only available to competent authorities upon request.
